Client Brief: Our client wanted more internal space, which we created by designing a larger kitchen/family room, new garage and new access, while redesigning the internal layout.
Current Status: Planning consent granted, main construction works complete
Set within a rural location, the owners of this substantial property were in need of further living and storage space. Planning Consent was granted for a ground floor rear extension, conversion of the existing integral garage to create a snug, and a new bridge over the nearby rein in front of the site to create additional access to a new double garage. The complex and multi-faceted design work involved in this project also included improvements to the internal layout and hard landscaping. The construction work is mainly complete, with only cosmetic and landscaping work required to finish the project.
